Who We Are

Rick Scott, Director
After completing his EMT training, Rick was hired as the Safety Coordinator for a large manufacturing facility with over 200 employees. The safety program progressed and it became apparent that workplace ergonomics played a huge role in employee wellness and efficiency. Awkward positions and repetitive movements all contibuted to costly workplace injuries which were preventable. A repetitive injury prevention progam was implemented. This reduced the incidences of injuries, however, proper workstations which fit the employees were requried. After talking with other employers who were having the same difficulty locating quality ergonomic equipment, the concept behind Ergonomic Connections was developed.
